Portfolio Mangers
We believe the depth of experience of our research and portfolio management teams is one of Post’s primary competitive advantages. Larry Post is considered to be one of the early pioneers of high yield, having launched Smith Barney and Salomon Brothers High Yield Research Departments in the 1970s and served as Co-Director of Research and Senior Trader for Drexel Burnham Lambert in the 1980s. This strength and maturity extends throughout our portfolio management team, which is comprised of experienced investment professionals whose backgrounds complement the value-oriented philosophy of the firm. We believe our PMs’ experience through multiple market cycles helps us to continue to maintain a competitive advantage. Our PMs ensure the consistency of our investment philosophy by investing through our fundamental, bottom-up, research intensive approach.
